Never promise what your product can’t deliver.

Every deal contains sentences that will become obligations. Proof reads them as they are said and checks each one against what the product does today.

“Totally — and on the reporting side, yes, we support on the Growth plan. If you need it locked down further, we also have , so your IT team keeps control of provisioning.”

Problem01

The gap between the call and the codebase closes in a contract.

What nothing tells you

  • Which commitments were made this quarter.
  • Which of them the product already satisfies.
  • Which ones just became a delivery date.

Nobody sets out to over-promise. It happens because the person answering has no way to check, in the four seconds available, whether the answer is still true.

Ledger02

Every promise, with the evidence behind it.

Commitments become a list your team can actually work through — and a record of what was said, if it is ever disputed.

Proof answers the rows it can see. The blank ones are not missing data — they are outside what this system reads.

A prospect wants EU-only inference written into the agreement. Proof checks the capability against what actually ships: EU routing exists, but nothing enforces it. The honest answer is partial, and that alone is worth having before the call ends.

Preflight goes further, because a commitment is a change to the company like any other. Margin prices the enforcement at $1,840 a month, Contract confirms the standard MSA carries the clause, and Claim notes that saying it in public creates something that has to stay true. Against $190K of ARR, that is a yes — with a date.

Workflow04

From a sentence to a verdict.

  1. 01

    Extract

Commitments are lifted from calls, threads and proposals — the sentences that make a promise, not the small talk.

  2. 02

    Interpret

Each one becomes a testable claim: what capability, on which plan, under what conditions.

  3. 03

    Verify

The claim is checked against shipped behaviour, and where possible run against staging.

  4. 04

    Answer

Verified, partial, or missing — with the closest existing capability and what it would take to close the gap.
