Built and running: clauses are extracted with the text quoted back, nothing becomes an obligation until a person confirms it against that clause, and controls are shared with Claim so one measurement can do both jobs. Contract text is pasted today — there is no PDF parsing, and no vendor adapter filling a control on its own.
